P-platers caught speeding along Lygon St, Carlton at 116km/h
Herald Sun TWO young hoons have had their cars impounded after being caught racing at almost double the speed limit on Lygon Street in Carlton on Sunday night. Police intervened after clocking the two P-platers travelling at 116km/h in a 60km/h zone about 9:10pm. Drag racing hoons nabbed |
